I forgot to say, the funeral visits were the first I did for ESA and, although I was very nervous, I needn't have worried. Good Luck - you'll be fine.ELITE 5:2

I'll happily go back and do them again but annoyed I've already spent fifteen minutes in them all already.I expect to get paid. I've done a visit and a report. I didn't realise the briefing had changed until I read this forum. I did wonder when I was doing the questionnaire but I re-checked the briefing I had printed and made sure I put in the comments that I had followed the briefing. Their mistake, not mine.
As with Borders I expect to get paid for at least the first half, the wrong bet in the second half was my fault, so I'm not expecting that one. But I never received any word about a change in the brief, so it's their fault, not mine.Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0 -
I did a bookies job on Friday too and done it as per original brief. Grrrrrr. Got 2 others booked and the brief on those has changed.
On another note, does anyone have any tips on how to search for jobs on Abai. What ever I do, I can't seem to bring anything up...
Thanks!0 -

Well, Ive just got the email (my first) explaining the changes and I emailed back nicely, saying I'd already done some but would use revised brief for the others. Got a nice mail back thanking me and saying its OK, so I assume I'm being paid.0 -
I had an issue with going to the wrong bookies last week. Not really my fault and when i rang re the other day about something he said, oh, we just made a change as there were two in the same street. I huffed 'would have been nice if somebody said that to me last week' and explained.
The job got put back into my account but no reply on the paying me. He advised i speak to a lady called rosemary and explain. Shall give it a go, now, if only i had her email lolI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

I had one with RE that was a bad report and it went back and forth but it the store manager that was kicking up the fuss not RE! They were obliged to come and clarify the answers as the customer had asked the question but RE were really empathetic :T
