I did think about writing to the Head Office about what I saw. I was so shocked about the rudeness of the staff. One customer spoke up and said she worked in a shop and had never known for a credit card to be requested to be cut up. She said that even Harrods would not do that. One staff member replied, "look around, does this look like Harrods to you!".

Oh my godness how rude

They always mess up, in my last order pizza never turned up after 3 hours wait my brother went and got it.

OMG! At this rate, I am going to be able to open up my own earphones shop. What is everyone else buying for RE visits where you have to make a small electrical purchase?

Also, has anyone else noticed that when you give a bad report (which is totally true), the staff keep making stuff up, like we did this and we did that and the MShopper is making it up etc. OMG! I had one in a sports shop where the assistant was super rude and was chewing gum. She was supposedly really helpful and what have you. So when they queried it, I just told them she was not helpful whatsoever and she was too busy chewing on her gum! Errr.

Does anyone know how to contact TNS? It's probably really obvious but I can't see a 'contact us' button. They've just put a job up (wasn't there this morning) but the final day is today! So I wanted to email to see if they had the wrong month. The last lot for the same company were for July.

Will find it for you - they are not open until 8am tomorrow but in my experience if you email them with a date then they allocate it to your account as the system wont let you self allocate what it sees as a passed date.

    back in a mo...........

    got it - mshop@tns-global.com

    .

Since I was asking about that particular brand's DVD players, I bought some new re-writable DVDs.

Pure Profile doesn't have a referral program, but here's the link to the home page.

    http://www.pureprofile.com/

It's you view says it does in the FAQ but cannot find the link if somebody else wants to send you an invite.

I've done a few and never had a bereaved family there

I have done a few too and only had a bereaved family once but they were taken in to the arranging room and I was allowed to proceed with the audit.

Don't be intimidated by these jobs - they are very easy to do and the staff are well clued up about mystery shoppers. :rotfl:
