many older people are lonely their kids dont always visit or they may not have any.
i used to volunteer for age concern for their befriending service. I met a nice old lady and i used to pop and see her she was like a gran. I took her shopping once also to get some things she needed.
Some of these things can be mutually rewarding if you can be matched with someone you can gel with.:footie:0
