Apple ipod Shuffle 512MB £29 @ Asda

Both my local Asda's have the shuffle in stock, but both are saying they are £49. This is a localised 'offer' only available in some stores or staff members that I spoke to on the phone gave me the wrong information (intentionally??). Aah well, down 'sarf' we miss out again. :rolleyes:

Apple have them on their refurb page at £34.30
Also have 1 mb ones for £48.29.
Save yourself the hassle of trying to get one at asda, pay the extra £4.

I got a ipod photo from the refurb section, and it was brand new (well looked it) and i've never had a problem withit.

They might still have stock left in stores so could be worth a try.

Plus like ma6jrp said there are other brands on the website - I thought I would just post the shuffle as that's what most MSE'rs on this thread have been hankering after!

Just phoned local store who advised they don't stock them anymore. Apparantly all high street stores are changing to o2 stores due to take-over.
I see the Logik 1gb mp3 is only £9.97!
Maybe worth starting a new thread for this as the take-over clearout seems to have begun with hopefully more to follow.
