Plants failed from J Parker - is their response correct?

    I bought 30 raspberry canes from them and they were quite expensive (but cheaper than elsewhere) out of 30 canes only 2 have leaves on them and they were planted exactly per instructions. Ditto - bought 9 gooseberries only 2 have leaves.

    I contacted them and they refunded - would have liked the option to replace them though ;-(

    In a second order I bought 6 bizzy lizzie plugs- 1 was missing when they arrived and they all look very sickly...

    I have learned my lesson - will not buy from them again....no matter now 'cheap' they appear with the discount codes
