not when arrears are involved....due to paying cash in hand for years, and then getting married which did'nt go down well with the ex....and as for the jog on it seems certain people just seem to assume that because you don't see your child you are lowest of the low....everyones circumstances are different, the saying "you can choose your friends" applies to adults and children alike....i could understand all the "you are this that and the other" if i tried to get out of paying but i don't,in fact me and my mrs have a disabled child and could quite easily sit on our !!!!!! with the same standard of life claiming of the social and paying just a fiver csa but we have our principles as we don't believe in it.......markeymark wrote: »just noticed this post, surely if u r paying via CSA then its a percentage of your earnings, same as every other NRP on here??
also noticed u not so happy about some of the replies u have got on this post, trouble is everyone is entitled to an opinion regardless if u agree with it or not!! telling members to jog on isnt very nice!
if u dont like the replies to post's on here then dont post! its an open forum0 -

hey m8
im not judging you just like i dont judge anyone else on this board, but everybody is entitled to there own opinion on the open forum, we all have had our differing experiences with the shambolic CSA, but me along with 99% of posters on here just realise we have to get on with it0 -
and i forgot to say, CSA can only take a maximum of 40% net earnings including arrears, if they taking more than this then you need to challenge them on that0
