Yes but that is ok, as it's for the children ;)
I just work on the assumption I will be paying until DC is 19, any shorter time will be like having a 15% pay rise
i know that all to well....i pay through my nose for my daughter who attends college whilst working........while she drives around in her new car which cost £1500 per year to insure and me and my mrs have to clothe ourselves and our kids off ebay....the systems a joke......:(

Yes , that is why I wonder why there is so much complaing like in this thread, no children involved anywhere are destitute, if the OP was getting absolutely nothing I could understand, but the greed factor is a no no. IMO

I would also ask that both you and Dissillusioned have a look at your past posts and ask yourselves honestly how unbiased your advice is and how that distorts your personalities and behaviour.

    Sou

My advice is as I see it and of course whats happened to me has coloured my view, how can it not ?
I have noted on the forum and from PM`s many people are in my boat, and yes,I am a bit bitter about it as I was shafted by a horrible b**ch ex and the CSA,who eventually paid me compo for there incompetence.
You see things your way,and I see things my way, thats how it is,and thats how it always will be,theres no right or wrong.
Im just trying to get by in a cr*p system.

You are assuming the money that pays for that car comes from you. Your child has needs, whilst at college, and your money pays for that. I suggest you see that your money is giving your child a decent lifestyle, instead of feeling that your ex is living off you, which, is highly unlikely.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.
  • tiggertian, perhaps you could help your daughter sorce cheaper insurance, which is pretty tough given what she is paying is average for insurance for teens.

Surprised you begrudge the opportunities your daughter has, being able to even go to college. Poor you....ebay clothes? At least you can afford that. There others who can't.

the fact of the matter is my ex is bitter and twisted and turned my daughter against me when i married my wife....and as for her driving around in a car that costs so much to insure obviously means she is working a lot more hours than she declares to the csa......but hey the the poor pwc's always get the sympathy vote.......i'd rather have no money and the life i have now than money and live my life i had with that sorry excuse for a woman any day of the week, its people like you playinghardball that know everything and at the end of the day know nothing....you jump to the defence of people when you don't know circumstance's.......
  • No words to express! The ex is bitter and twisted, my goodness, no doubt! poor you! Must be so, otherwise your mature and adult 'think for herself' daughter would surely be on speaking terms with such a lovely, financially and emotionally supportive dad such as yourself.

Good on her for working hard to pay her way in life, whilst struggling to obtain a college education.

playinghardball just answer me this.....who do you think is the worst a nrp not giving correct details to the csa and the child not recieving the correct maintainence....or the pwc not telling the csa the correct details and nrp's current family suffering as a result....in my book they are as bad as one another but im sure you would say its the first of the two.....and as for my circumstances as i say don't comment on what you don't know and jog on....

just noticed this post, surely if u r paying via CSA then its a percentage of your earnings, same as every other NRP on here??

also noticed u not so happy about some of the replies u have got on this post, trouble is everyone is entitled to an opinion regardless if u agree with it or not!! telling members to jog on isnt very nice!

if u dont like the replies to post's on here then dont post! its an open forum
