Ok, my old bbq is history so I decided to pick up a new one in the sale.. I got one of the canterbury ones which was reduced from 299 to 150.. sold in 2 boxes, box1 was £100 and box2 was £50. When I got home I realised that the new BBQ fits exactly into the wooden stand from my old BBQ, and the new BBQ was in box2 (e.g. £50) - so I'm going to try and take box1 (new stand) back today and say I don't need it. Should I have trouble getting my money back as its not a complete set? I didnt see any signs that say 'not sold separately' etc...

any thoughts...

Hi Briank, as the goods had seperate prices on them they will refund you on the one you return, if it was 1 price of £150 it would be 1 sale so no refund
but it wasn't, they are priced seperate. Cheers!

I had an absolute bargain today:-
MILAN folding easy storage table was £249.99 and milan easy storage chairs 2 pack £79.99 tottal £330.00 give or take a few pennies.

I paid £80 for the lot.

Sale not on at the B&Q Coventry Warehouse - only 1/3 off

Went into my local B&Q Warehouse in Bournemouth and noticed many reductions in the B&Q Live Outdoors range.

I managed to get

a Mini trampoline with handle for £5 reduced from £14.98
a playzone for £6.24 reduced from £24.98

I also noticed that they had

a baby/toddler swing seats reduced down to £3.98 from £14.98
BRATZ play tent with cushioned blow up matress bottom for £5 from £12.98

Just got back from B&Q Yeading where two staff were very busy putting yet more reduction stickers on a lot of outdoor stuff which had already been reduced, unfortunately I was in a rush so didn't have time to stop and check all of them but I did notice one pop up garden toy which I paid £8.75 for last week is now £5. They seemed to be putting new stickers on quite a few things so it may be worth checking especially if you were waiting for something in particular to come down. HTH

the Renfrew branch had a "Large play centre" comprising of two single swings and a see-saw on a metal frame, reduced to £15. Not sure how many they had left as we were in a bit of a hurry.
