    that,s my cheque for 2,940.20 pounds cleared for my claim safely in my account,they still won,t budge on the one with their offer of goodwill payment of 186.29 pounds so that is going to fos.my current account which has 6 years to go they are offering 50 quid goodwill payment which i have claimed on when i got made redundant so i have been paid out 2,509.14 pounds they are willing to drop my payments from 210 a month to 155 a month, i,m willing to go for that,any comments or advice please

    So you will then save about £55 a month if you accept this then?

    I am aware they all have different ways of how they deal with these policies, but do you feel happy with them doing that?

    yip,di i think i,ll accept it as i have made money out of them by claiming it for 12 months
