Contact the club to find out where you stand. Oh, yeah they are un-contactable. They don't have a phone but only an email address. Send them a message and you will get an automated reply directing you to look for an answer in FAQs. If you question isn't there you wont get an answer.
If the cashback paid is lower than in the sign up offer you have been stuffed.
Good intentioned facility with high expectations but poor delivery and opaque administration. COMPUTER SAYS NO!main stream media is a propaganda machine for the establishment.0 -
Hi Please can you advise me? I am with Gas and electric EDF at the moment, and also pay my land line phone and mobile with Talk Talk (their customer service is awful and I cannot understand what they are saying).
My friend is with Utility warehouse discount club and says she is very happy with them, I am thinking of changing as I am fed up with not getting any help from the Talk Talk customer services. They wouldn’t even let me speak to a supervisor!
Is anyone else with Utility warehouse discount club? I have read some reviews, some of which are good, others saying they are terrible. many thanks and hope you can help me?0 -
I would like to know as on my other question asked, should I switch over to them or just stay as I am? :huh:0

UW energy is from nPower, broadband is provided by Talk Talk, however UW have their own customer services.
Advise would be to use Samknows to see which LLU broadband providers are at your exchange, check prices so you can make an informed choice. Use a couple of comparison sites to check on energy prices.
If UW comes out on top then go for it.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -

I'm assuming you mean the Cheap Energy Club and not the Utility warehouse Discount Club here?
PS If you are signing up for at least 4 products (Gold status) then the energy switching sites don't tell the whole story with regards to Utility Warehouse btw. There are included 'extras' in just such a scenario which obviously won't get a mention on the switching site (which is entirely understandable btw). Please also note that some/all? switching sites include the membership fee (£18/yr) twice should your cheapest UW option involve a combination of low/medium/high tariffs. Just a thought.0 -
