hi, it went off automatically ysterday as forgot to put charger on but now it does not load up goes to the page where it says safe mode, safe mode with networking Normally you can get on with safe mode but not now. Noticed a blue message comes on but it is so fast cannot read it all but cannot get onto main screen just…

i can press safe mode but nothing happens , gives you 28 seconds then just keeps restarting to the page windows has stopped working due to not wanting more damage and then that blue screen flashes
