AnW'sMum, Thanks for the thought but there are far too many nutters on scramblers round here. I remember taking dog and DD out for a walk and the dog ran on ahead and the next thing I knew 2 youngsers on bikes came flying around the corner.....put me off.Plus there are roads to get anywhere...........DD is quite happy playing outside, she has cream and a hat......actually, I best go check the dogs water bowl....

The 2 loads from last night, dry, off the line, folded and awaiting iroing
Kitchen windows cleaned inside and outside
Patio wood step, that I power washed, in error the other week, is now repainted, however the cat with his 3 legs has just walked over it!, checked his paws, wiped with a tissue and none thank goodness seems to have got on him, why is it he is now lying on the hottest bit of the patio, and not in the shade!!

Does anyone know what the safeguarding requirements are for pre-schools?

What valli said! I'd have thought that parents have the right to know who works with their children. If you want to know exactly what the legal requirements are, maybe google 'safeguarding' for that particular type of school.

Question.. Petrol mower.. do I offer it to KH OR do I put it on ebay? Still no money from him this month.. and I have £30 in the bank until Friday!

Try to get some cash for it, but, if in doubt, freecycle. Or you could offer to flog it to him!

AnW's Mum - Hugs, and I'll be thinking of you tomorrow.

Thanks for all the advice. I've passed it on and hopefully it will help.

Hugs all round, and an extra special one for AnW's mum and A and W this weekend.

Well done on the decluttering Triker :D I saw your new thread ;)

Only just up. I have done some work this morning, but from my blackberry while in bed :o

My brother has called so I have to go over to winchester this afternoon - my mum is staying with him and he wants to borrow my workbench and various tools ... think I might go over for tea rather than supper, as I need an early night again.

This weekend I intend to do my laundry and some gardening. The rest will just have to wait.
