Thompson & Morgan Plants £9.99 + £10 in Vouchers

Just received 2 of the Chelsea Flower Show collection that I paid £9.99 each for. You'll never guess what? There's only a £5 voucher in each one. Been bumped for £10. Apologies if this has happened to anyone else. I'm going to email them and tell them and kick up a stooshie, will let you all know how I get on.:mad::mad::mad: I'm on the warpath.

Just sent them an email telling them I expect them to honour the £10 of vouchers in EACH pack. Let me know if this happens to anyone else. They are not getting away with it.
I'm certain that companies have to supply what their offer states. If anyone knows anything about advertising can they post some advice please.

Can we spend them in a store or just online with T&M??
Is it £10 off a certain spend??
I'm pretty much planted out now for this year and just waiting for this last delivery. Any voucher received won't probably be used for a while, though I can pass it on.

Good luck with your issue, though T&M do seem pretty decent.

It doesn't specify how much you need to spend, but you do have to spend them with T&M. I've had loads of them over the years. I've got my eye on their ground cover lillies from their cottage garden catalogue, they look amazing, £40 worth of vouchers would be great towards that. Heres hoping they honour the original offer.

Ok, a cautionary tale for any other rookies on here! I read as far as how you could get free postage, a free pack of seeds and cash back from Quidco, and went straight on to the Quidco site without reading the rest of this thread - schoolboy error

I bought my plants and seeds for £9.99 - and actually was pretty happy with that until I came back and saw this:

For what it is worth, I managed to get this offer at £4.99 plus got Quidco.

Didn't plan it that way.... I too did like you and went through Quidco, thinking how clever I was to earn cash back.
Then saw how much I was being charged P&P, so read the rest of the thread.
Closed the T&M window I had opened via Quidco, to open the one via the Gardeners World which someone had kindly posted the link to.
It took quite a while to sort out getting it at £4.99, and no P&P - but did it in the end. Paid, and got email to confirm.
Later that day I had an email from Quidco to say it had tracked - 60p cashback!!:T

I won't be too disappointed if they don't honour it though. Like you, I would rather get the offer at £4.99, than £9.99 less £1.20;)

Lesson to us all to read ALL the thread and not just the first few posts..... problems arise though when thread is dozens of pages long:cool:

Neither of my orders have arrived yet. My first one was ordered on may 16th when it was still £9.99 and the other one about a week ago.

I ordered at £4.99 on the 30th May and the plants arrived 2 days ago with a £5 voucher. The plants are quite small - not as good as the Suttons ones, but overall very good value!
