for some reason if you add a packet of seeds to ur basket it gives you them for free. only works with one packet though any more and you get charged cost of seeds and 2.29 postage

I had a £5 gift voucher (substitution note) sent when they couldn't sent the hyacinth I ordered.
no code on the voucher so it seems I can't use it on line,and if I order by post I'll have to pay postage anyone else had this problem ?

Just ordered, thanks for all the information. I used the Pansies, ordered them and then took out of basket, to get free P+ P and did two separate orders, one for the Chelea collection and one for the summer Boarders. Each order let me have a free packet of seeds, (don't know how that works, just followed advice and added them to my basket) but the most expensive ones it would accept were under £3.00.
Also offered me 5 Fushia Jolly Nates for £2.99 instead of £10.00, so each order was £12.99 in total and used Topcash 12% cashback I hope it works.
If I had waited to get confirmation from the first order would also of had a !0% discount code for the second order - oh well never mind, may be some other good offers.
Just hope the plants turn out to be as good as they say.

Adding the cascading pansies worked for me. Got free P&P then deleted them, still got free p&p. It didn't work with the begonias as they are "bulbs" not "plants". I'm guessing that to get the free P&P you have to add something of the same category.......?!
