Hope everyone is enjoying scribbling away. I asked at our local WHSmiths about the promotional packaging, as they had a stand with the promotion on, but the packs weren't marked in any way. The assistant said they had some with the promotion on, but they were out of sight at the back of all the others. The packs are still the orange ones, but they have the 2 stickers, 1 about the Challenge and the other about Bic Cristal lasting 2 x longer than other ballpoints.0

it definetly wants the Pouch ( see below) i suppose to stop us sending the pens back one at the time. it seem we need to find the special promotion packs and not just any pen.
"Buy a promotional pack of 10 BiC® Cristal® Medium Black pens between 1st April and 31st December 2010 and keep your receipt or invoice – you’ll need to send it to us later."
Send us your pen! It's got to be at least 30 days after the date of purchase, but by 31st January 2011. Make sure you include the receipt or invoice, the completed application and the empty BiC® Cristal® Medium black promotional pack pouch 10 packaging too.
I know it wants the pouch, my post was in response to this question: "where on line did you find these as it refers to Promotional pack with a black pouch" indicating that the poster was looking for a black promotional pouch hence my reply that I didn't think the pouch itself had to be black.0 -

I am going to try thatI just got a pack from Tesco Crawley. They hid them though with other stationary on the end of an isle, behind non promo packs and nowhere near the other Bic pens. Only £3 spend and I'll make some vids with my doodles!
Also if you lose a pen in the meantime, just buy a normal packet as the pens are the same. Just make sure you register, keep the receipt and promo pack.Kwai Chi

don't need to register, the form doesn't ask for any of your registration details
If you are challenging your colleagues then the form is here

It sounds like they just pay the person entering and not the company from the layout of the application form.Kwai Chi

Having a look at the T&C's for this I think the only way someone in our house could make a claim would be if they sat and used a pen until it was empty the put it in a safe place until the 30 days were up. If it was in normal use the plastic bit out of the end would be missing or it would be chewed or cracked or missing the lid and it seems that the pens have to be pristine but empty. They've been very clever with their T&C's not to make it too easy. Well done to anyone who's emptied a pen already. Having read through the T&C's I didn't think it was clear if an individual could send mor than 1 pen in. Can anyone point me in the right direction to where it says you can do more than one if you're not a company. Happy scribbling.0
