I posted my pack of 9 pens on Tuesday (first class). I couldnt manage the 10th pen so just sent 9. Got a cheque today sent special delivery for £100!!! :j Hope everyone manages to get theirs out in time. If I had a copy of the form I would scan and email. Unfortunately, the form I had I had filled in as soon as I downloaded it (well before xmas). Im sure someone will have a copy somewhere. Should have screen grabbed it. Actually, Ill go back and see if I still have the link I sent to my hubby - we have a silly convaluted way of printing here. If I find it I will return (keep your fingers crossed!)


OK. I did find the link to my form but Im afraid the form has been pulled and instead there is a page which says that the challenge has now finished and points you to facebook to see some of the art which has been created with the pens. Sorry ( I hope you manage to find one soon

To those that have PM'd me, unfortunately I still don't have access to the computer with the business pdf form saved. I will send it to you ASAP but if you are in a hurry to send your pens off, here is the information you need:

1) Your name
2) Business name
3) Business Address
4) Business registration number (they check this with company house)
5) Phone number (I put my own mobile number down)
6) Email address (I put down my personal email address)
7) Number of pens

If you write those things on a piece of paper, I'm more than certain that it will be OK but if you still want to make sure, their helpline number dedicated to the BIC challenge is 0845 026 4559.

The address to send off your pens to is:

Challenge BiC Promotion, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY

Remember to send them off recorded delivery for good measure.

They're an enormous company, and very profitable. Not likely to go bust any time soon. Most large companies have a legal department that insist on putting all sorts of stupid clauses like that into special offers, but the whole point of promotions is to make people feel good about your brand, not to annoy them...

Just read the thread, dozens of people have received their money without any problems.
