Apetina is feta, only they can't call it that any more... I would put chorizo and feta on a pizza along with some other bits. Not sure about the dried cranberries though, not something I would buy!Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

I have ended up with a pack of raw mini chorizos, a tub of apetina cheese and a bag of dried cranberries. I have never used any of them and have no idea what to do with them.
I'm not expecting to use them all together:rotfl:
Thanks
however did you end up with those ? Did you not order them?:rotfl:
Chorizo is a very distinctive taste so maybe try a small amount first to see if you like it. I fins it quite overpowering for my tastesYou could cook it up, slice it and freeze for future pizzas - no need to defrost
Here is chorizo recipes
I've never tried feta cheese, but it has its very own thread here
I have a big tub in my kitchen full of mixed nuts and fruit and use it when making flapjacks - i have made that recipe many times and it is totally fool proof! And they are delicious. Just tailor the recipe to suit what you have in if that makes sense.
Sometimes when making couscous or savour rice, i chuck in some dried fruit and mixed nuts as it adds a nice change of texture and taste
Cranberries what to do with them
Hope that helps, and I'll merge this later for you:)
ZipA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
