Had my shopping delivered yesterday and I think I must have been possessed by Gordan Ramsay or something:eek:
I have ended up with a pack of raw mini chorizos, a tub of apetina cheese and a bag of dried cranberries. I have never used any of them and have no idea what to do with them.
I'm not expecting to use them all together:rotfl:
Thanks

We went to a resturant a few weeks ago and had a starter of plain fried chorizo (don't add any oil, it's very oily already!) and a chunk of fresh bread, it was delicious!Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0

The chorizo could be used for an amazing tomato salad that Jamie did on Jamie Does...Andalucia a few weeks ago. Have a look here: http://paganum.wordpress.com/2010/04/22/jamie-olivers-tomato-and-chorizo-salad/ Or buy the book, it's wonderful. You can probably also get the programme on 4OD.
Apetina cheese is feta right? Either use it in a salad or make a quiche like this one: http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/6115/spinach--mushroom-and-feta-quiche.aspx - I make it without pastry so it's more like a fritatta.
As for the cranberries, sprinkle them on cereal or put them in a flapjack mix. Or just eat as a snack. Watch out, they're high in sugar.
