Intelligent Finance ISA's

Help! We have tried to open I.F. ISA's both by phone and via web site but they do not answer or respond. Anyone found a solution?

Intelligent Finance have a good product, but use dumb banking as an interface. There is no Microsoft Money support, nor are there downloadable statements.

If it wasn't for the fact that Nationwide take all night to do a transaction, and not on the fly like IF, I would be over there in a flash with MS Money :-)
