Mobile Phone Apps

Does anyone know of a site where I can download free Samsung Apps?

I'm looking for a calculator to put on my phone that has a % button, but want a free download.

I don't want to have to use the internet on my phone as I get charged loads!
.. just to download to PC then bluetooth to phone.

any advice?

Well, as a testiment to my ongoing love affair with food, my two favourite android apps are:

Urbanspoon (to find places which serve great food)

and

WW Points UK (to help me diet off the results of my urbanspoon finds)

The WW one is only £1.50 and serves the same function as the device weightwatchers sells for £8. it also serves the same function as the ww website, which charges £15 a month for subscription.

That is an easy one. No.

iPhone apps go on iPhones, Android apps go on Android phones etc.

I suggest you google " best free android apps" and read some of the results. Use the date filter to make sure you've got the recent ones. Tech Radar do good apps lists.

My top 6:
Opera mini - used it on 3 operating systems across 5 phones and love it
3g watchdog - could save you a fortune
Wefi - great for finding wifi hot spots
Swiftkey - saves so much typing
Dropbox - great way to move files over the cloud
Google Sky Maps - never fails to impress people

Googles voice action is very good and for those that haven't got the 2.2 update yet you can use Vlingo.
