There are so many mentions of cream and/or cheese in an MSE search that things get a bit lost.

The first page of this google search of MSE for cream cheese should start you off nicely...

Stir it into tomato based sauces for yummy pasta / chicken.

Oooh, Oooh, Oooh, just remembered another fave.

Flavour it up with some pesto, then use it to stuff chicken breasts, and then wrap stuffed breast in bacon / parma ham / similar and bake in oven.

    Delish.

mix it with herbs and/or chopped onions and fill a jacket potato with it.

Or, mix it with a little bit of icing sugar, mixed spice and crushed pineapple and use it to top a carrot cake.

Or, mix in a little liqueur (cointreau's nice), chopped apricots (pref having left them to marinate in more liqueur [or orange juice]) and stuff the mixture into some pitted dates.

Lovely made into a pate by mixing in some smoked mackerel- cheap too!
  • This isn't healthy but

    cream cheese
icing sugar (enough to make it quite stiff)
    some melted chocolate

I used to call this toenail fudge - can't remember where i got the recipe from, except that we started making it when philadelphia first came out.
Still wish I could buy a TARDIS instead of a house!

    Another naughty one:
Mix in 2 passion fruit and icing sugar to taste with the cheese, spread thickly on top of shortbread and top with a stawberry!!! Divine!
