What happens if at the CS desk they argue that I should have noticed that I'd paid £36 instead of £4?
They will think I'm a right dumbo.

Tell them there was so many people behind you that you thought it would be easier and quicker (lol) to pay and query at cs. Plus you needed to go check the shelf price to make sure you had bought the right item;)

Link wouldn't take me to the produce, but I search for the product ID and it came up. I added 3 to my basket but it shows as £18

Hi, It will do as it's a guide price - When its delievered it will give you a breakdown + any discounts/coupons etc used. You can always order them, take screenshots and argue your case when you get them delivered if they come at full price

No SEL's in Carmarthen or Llanelli didnt even state price let alone any offer! Could have done with some for my lilly white legs!!!
