i rang as i got overcharged on my online order and was offered a £5 gift card!
i refused and told them i had a screen shot of my order and got an refund of the difference, no problems
tesco are saying that it was a typing error:T0 -
I called back yesterday and mentioned the screenshot - they offered to refund the £28 difference, but no mention of DTD.
I've emailed them now, mentioning DTD and am waiting to hear back.:beer:0 -
Well, I got a phonecall from a very snotty scottish man.
I've been refunded the £28 difference on the tan. It should have been 3 for 2, 3 for £2 was a typo and i'm lucky I got the £28 back! (told you he was snotty!)
The meal deal also didn't charge right, so they've refunded me £9.odd for the difference.
The only other thing i'd ordered was a birthday cake, they've refunded me that even though that wasn't a problem. **confused smiley!**
He also stated that the DTD doesn't apply to online orders or to anything that is already discounted, so it didn't apply on either of my overcharges!?!?
HUGE THANK YOU to the lovely people here who supplied screenshots.:beer:0
