I've been to 3 tesco extras and 1 normal in the liverpool area and only one sold the product at £6.66 (creepy), no offers etc to be had!

Which ones did you try? I'm guessing Prescot, Mather Avenue and some others? just so I don't send anyone on a wide goose chase after the John West Wild Red Salmon at the weekend -post on Tesco misprices and discussion thread.
  • In the offers page, ive got ...

    Any 3 for £2.00
RIMMEL 3 IN 1 SHIMMERING BRONZER RANGE

But when I click on the link, it says:
"Sorry, this product is currently not available at your store"

I ordered online yesterday (with other normal shopping) and they were showing at 3 for £2.

Delivery is due this morning between 11-1. I've just checked my bank statement online, and it looks like the full amount has come out.

Do I accept the delivery and then phone CS? Or refuse delivery?

Got 6 yesterday, SEL said £6 each or 3 for £2. Went through checkout they came up at £6 each, paid cash, straight over to Customer Services, took the assistant over to the shelf they were on, she took the SEL back to the customer service desk and refunded me a DTD of £64 :j thanks so much OP
  • Did everyone who ordered online and have had a delivery get the glitch honoured? I had a delivery yesterday and CS are saying that the word from HO is that you are allowed to keep 9 for £6 and either pay full price for the rest or return them to store. Anyone else been told this or has everyone who have had it honoured ordered 9 or less?:D

    The delivery came and i'm charged 3 X £10.

I'm on the phone as I type, on hold while he speaks to a supervisor.........

He can't find the offer online and now needs to speak to someone else. He'll call me back in ten minutes.

ETA: He's called back and said it's not on 3 for £2, and never was!

I can return it to my local store for a refund. :(
