    Hi
Advise please. The 'Thank you' button reappears if I go back to that thread, which means if I don't recognise the comp I try and enter again or possibly invalidate my entry. Never used to happen only since the 'new' look. Which I do like by the way.

But it should say "Remove your Thanks" if you've thanked it.

I know the button should disappear, but for the time being just look for the Remove link?

I'm obviously being thick. If I hit Thanks the button disappears. If I then hit 'remove my Thanks' it comes back. If I hit 'Thanks' and it disappears and I then close that page/thread and then go bak to it the 'Thanks' button is back. If I try 'remove my thanks' nothing happens. Doesn't matter how many times I try it it will still keep returning. And if I don't remember I've entered that comp I'm re-entering and probably disqualifying myself sometimes. I have messaged admin about it but no reply.

p.s. mind you I know I'm going comp brain dead - realised that I'd entered a comp for a free breast pump yesterday - knew it was time to log off and close down. Just my luck to win it!

Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies

Love your sig, but as an electronics engineer, I can remember telling software engineers that there logic was flawed.

As a certain steel plant in Scun-thorpe found out the hard and very expensive way when it shut an entire Furness down.

Me saying, ‘no, the output from that board does not work that way’ did not seem to help much:o, after the fact:cool::p

Apparently, they where not sure so guessed

Talk about bad luck though, it was a relay that triggered it, it could only be on or off, so they had a 50% chance of getting it right even by guessing :D
