The price on the Argos website is very very inflated! No way I would pay that much for a coffee maker with limited features. £27.99 is ok, however. Only because it has a timer, mind!

You know something. I posted this as it was a massive saving on RRP .

I really wish I hadnt bothered.

We ve established its a filter coffee maker, not a cappachino, expresso maker, it doesnt wash your car, recieve the internet or walk the dog. anything else. Its a good quality coffee maker, probably not worth £114.00 but a good buy at £30.
So why bother with all the sarky remarks, if you dont like it dont buy it.

Apologies OP, it's a good deal. Never meant to make you feel bad.

Thank you op for this useful post. The link to the outlet for Argos is very much appreciated and I have managed to get two items on here that I had considered purchasing (though not a coffee maker that probably tells you to f#&* Off when it's finished) at some considerable saving. Cheers

oh sorry i also didnt mean to put down your find, it seems a big saving on rrp but i always take rrp's with a pinch of salt as they say. Still would love a milk frother one. dont be put of by the comments, moneysaving means different things to different people. Did you buy one, if you did let us know how you get on with it. maybe we will all wake up and smell the coffee as they say :)

Gordon Ramsay would say something like 'if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.' It's normal for people on a public forum to express different views, just don't take it personally. :)
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
