I just emailed this morning and they sent my code though just a moment ago. How do I use this code now? I don't see anywhere to enter it on the cineworld website and no instructions came with the code email!
TIA!0 -
I had the problem where my 'credit card was processing' for about 4 hours. Tried about 4 times after that with the number of tickets going steadily down until sold out. I have tried emailing them but so far not much joy so have copied all the emails with links to the email address posted on this page - watch this space. A bit worried about the problems some have had with card being used fraudulently though.0

I ordered 2 tickets but have only got 1 email through. Worked a treat last time with that other one whose name I can't remember but they were posted out rather than emailed!English by birth. GEORDIE by the grace of God.0

Thanks A-MS I thought I was the only one! How/where do I use the code? Do I take it direct to Cineworld?Light Bulb 13/09/09: £15,061.37 Debts at their highest:

I'm confused - I applied on 28th April and got an email the same day saying "Thanks for signing up for today's kgbdeal. Your tickets will be emailed or posted soon".
I haven't had a code at all. I will try emailing.0 -
Wow that was quick! 10pm at night, I emailed to say I hadn't got a code and 5 minutes later they sent me a code back on email!
As with others though, there are no instructions with it, so just had a quick look on cineworld website, and when you are at Stage 1 of the ticket booking process, underneath the ticket prices table there is a link which you have to click on to enter a promo code. I did this and clicked Apply and the full ticket price is discounted from the total.0 -
Have emailed as you suggested but 24 hrs later and still no joy. First time tried this but don't think will bother again as not worth time and effort chasing up when they don't deliver the goods but still take your money.0

How do I turn my code into free ticket?:mad:0

Thanks Smartie24 for the tip!
Now, does anyone have an expiry date for these codes? Looking at the films out at the moment, no point using them until there's something decent...
TIA!0 -
I lost the card that I used to buy the voucher, and emailed them when they sent it to me explaining this but have since heard nothing back from them and it was over a week ago...
Edit
I emailed KGB again when I posted this (20 minutes ago). They have just emailed me back saying the code they emailed me was incorrect anyway and I just need to use a different card!
Brilliant; here's hoping it works! My views and opinions are my own and do not represent those of my employer or any other organisation or individual0
