Insurance for driving it away is an issue but if you buy it from a garage you might be able to get them to deliver it for you, allowing you time to insure it. That said, if you are considering buying it, you will already have all the details ready and can arrange to pick it up after first buying the insurance.0

When I buy my cars I put a deposit down, go away and insure it. Then come back to collect it and pay the balance.0
