not had bank charges but have been singing about getting them back- mind got a credit rating that would make me dad weep - i have been in a chat room on aohell for 2 many years than i care to mention for single parents and money is normally tight for most if not all of em - y r people just to lazy to check things out for themselves - guess they will learn but would have liked to have saved them by switching on their lightbulb before it had to dawn on them
