You should give a little snap shot of the house (location, bedrooms etc) on the wall page info section on the left where you have the price. Currently people have to dig for information by clicking on the info tab.

    Hey Mrs Price

you seem to be getting some stick on here as well as nice comments.

if it makes you feel any better my house also has its own facebook page. i tend to post a little message to people on facebook (that are not my friends) with a link asking them if they are interested, if they are not then they will not open the message so no harm done really

my house is also my 'pic' on all the web sites i use, i have t shirts with it on that i wear while walking about the town, posters advertising are everywhere and its up with an agent so on right move etc. the market in Bridlington unfortunatly is the slowest ever so no joy yet but every little helps.

    good look
    :p
    Thank you to all posters

Monkeys Bunny.... A bit of stick yeah but its all good, Its what I asked for really! hope the selling goes well good luck.

bexyboo1312.... I took new photo's, I've yet to post them online....

I've moved all the kids toys out the conservatory, Pulled the table out, moved the dvds & Wii games in the lounge, Moved wheelie bin & took the clothes line out of garden and you know what I cant find the bl**dy hole for it now lol!!!:rotfl: no, its so much better. When someone else gives a comment and you change it, its better straight away.

I have talked to my hubby about changing the colour on the kitchen walls as I personnaly dont like it. I think its too dark, but he says whoever buys the house will more than likely change it anyway!.... blah blah blah typical bloke answer

Think it's a great idea - any way of increasing the chances of selling your house must be good.

Can I suggest you copy and paste the info section into word, though, and run a spell check on it - I've spotted several mistakes already. Just looks a little slapdash. Otherwise, a decent amount of information in there.

    Good luck.

You didn't answer if you have an EPC/HIP because listing it on facebook is marketing it ... and you can't market a house without one.

my hubby would also have said the same thing about the kitchen, its just a typical bloke excuse rather than saying they can't be bothered :D
    Good luck
