So you're just showing it to members of your 'club', then?

Unless you have it displayed elsewhere, this can only be regarded as a vanity project, and won't provide any worthwhile exposure to the general public....

I'm not being Vain at all... I haven't got my website ready for a start, I'm trying to do this as cheaply as possible and for now I'm doing whats available for free as we need all the money we have for buying the new house.

Everyone has a pirce that they have to stick to and thats all I'm trying to do. As I said in one of my other threads if doing it this way doesn't do ANYTHING then we will have to sell with an estate agent, but atleast I can say I tried.

Everyone is feeling the pressure wanting best price and trying to save where possible, I'm just doing the same.

Glad to see your own facebook page is pretty much closed to people who aren't your friends. Was just thinking you should watch out, having your house and location up on fb for all to see, if random people were able to see your status updates "Katy is off to Portugal for a fortnight! woohoo!!!"...
anyway well done and good luck with selling it.

Actually have you seen the proposed plans for the pit waste ? ( Power fuel ).
They are trying to buy the fields next to the motorway near Kirton lane so they can dump the pit waste there as the pit tips are too high now.

Good luck with selling your house this way - it's an interesting idea ;)

I was recently looking to buy a place and found the floorplan's useful. Have you thought of creating one for your house? Would help prospective buys see what it's like more clearly. There is free open source software available on the next called 'Sweet Home 3D' which I've been using. It's very easy to create a floorplan with that. If you cant find it, message me and I'll send you a link.
