In your first post, you say it has a '28 day money back guarentee' does this mean the shop with let you return it if you change your mind within 28 days? As being able to return goods if faulty is covered by much longer if covered by SOGA, so either you argue you've changed your mind and want your money back or you ask them why they claim they have a money back guarentee when they don't!!
Or better still follow all the advice on here and go to the Techie board who will be able to tell you how to fix the problem
