Never had a leather suite - are they OK

  • Just go for a dark rather than cream leather you'll be fine. I recommend it, wipes clean with water and kitchen roll. Had mine some years now the only issue was my daughter and a biro but that would have been the same for a fabric one, cos it's brown you can't see it.

Not me personally but my friend despairs of her cat who seems to like climbing up the arms of her suite, never touched her fabric one! LOL

Lol i suppose they are all different, when we moved into the last house the lounge had woven wallpaper. The cat used to walk up it  Very weird walking in and seeing the cat stood halfway up the wall as if it was the most natural thing in the world :rotfl:

Dsis used to have fabric and a cat and it was a nightmare, it never touched the leather one though when she changed suites. I suppose there will always be one naughty cat somewhere. If the cat is really naughty perhaps rubbing a small amount of olbas oil along the edge at the back of the sofa would help deter it.

My cat has never damaged my furniture but my son has. I should shoot him maybe?

Good solution --- shoot anyone who sits on the suite --- or make them sit on the floor!!!!:D

We viewed a house belonging to someone who had done just that with the seats of the dining suite :D

Another vote for Thomas Lloyd here. Bought sofa's from them a year ago and I love them. They are really comfy and the muck just wipes off.
Here I go again on my own....
