The existing customers deal on teh sky website is free Sky+HD box if you take the subs, that is if upgrading from Sky+, if you don't have Sky + then they will need to install another cable so may be trying the charge. I'd try and blag it for free through!

Can only do it if you already have Sky+ and are just upgrading to Sky+HD, as you will already have the twin cables needed. Just unplug old box and attach new one - simples!
