Its interesting looking at his recent feedback as although positive - one states 'postage and paypal charges not in good spirit'. Sounds like he charges for using paypal too!! And another 'postage service too slow for cost'. I guess they were too scared to put a negative in case he sued them!!

If that is him his stats for sell through isn't great:

Items Sold: 71.43%Total Value Sold: £172.45Total Value Shipping: £2.00Total Value Not Sold: £327.00

I fear his T and Cs have put off more people than just us on here.

I love it that in in his actions he says "all my auctions have no 'small print' to try and catch my buyers out", but then urges his buyers to read his T&Cs in his 'me' page and proceeds to roll out all that guff as copied above by mini-me...

That confused me too. If i could afford to buy his items for the sake of it i would. It would be great fun winding him up with all the things he has stated!!

I hope this webpage helps you realise that you are dealing with a totally professional eBayer. I do not participate in actions which go against eBay's Conduct Policies

I have a quick question along the same lines ...

I am thinking of buying off ebay and this is in the T & C's on the page

Please be advised that, I, as the seller, will not be held responsible for any items that are lost/damaged in the post, unless they have been insured. If this situation occurs, I will send you the proof of postage card, and it is then upto YOU, as the buyer, to take the necessary action. I always obtain proof of postage. Please do not ask for a refund or duplicate items, as this is not my responsibility. Uninsured items are the buyers responsibility

    Is that right ?

If the item does not turn up where do I stand ?

    Sorry for thread stealing .:)

It's total codswallop. If it doesn't turn up it's the seller's problem to deal with RM, not the buyer's. Can you imagine the consumer outcry that would occur if, say, Amazon started saying 'not our problem' if goods started not turning up? It's the seller's responsibility to get it to the buyer, so if it doesn't get there it's the seller that has to sort it out.
