You're right, Vodafone doesn't make it easy for you to find the information you need but its definitely there on their website. As pointed out by the last line of the email.
I've seen the unlimited debate many times and never trust that word when dealing with ISP's and mobile companies as I know from experience theres always a limit. Always double check the info before committing yourself. More so if you do it over the phone as you'll get drawn in by the sales pitch and feel pressured to agree.
I've had my run in's with 3 in the past and know how tricky they can be when upgrading. I always call again to confirm the contract details with another agent and confirm the info from their website, anything that sounds slightly a miss and the phone gets rejected upon delivery. It may just be me, but I generally don't trust sales people simply because they are there to sell contracts and collect their commission at the end of the month. Although there are a few that are genuinely helpful and honest, so not all are bad.0
