tenmah have you had your eyes tested lately...always a good idea...also a massage may help as it does sound like tension is causing a problem.

I find (even when I consciously try to relax) that I grit my teeth which causes neck tension and headaches.

Bunny - you have my sympathies...Chloe suffers from something like this and was in the hospital while you were away. The doctor called it fecal impaction. She has always had some kind of fear of going to the toilet and basically she holds it in until it can't stay in and she has no choice. They gave her movical which keeps things moving. He said she should stay on it for six months. It may hurt for her to go if she is bunged up. (even if she appears not to be)

My nephew had the conditon so badly that he leaked constantly and almost caused his mum a nervous breakdown. There are help groups to deal with the problem. Be assured that she will grow out of it. Its hard not to lose your rag as you don't want your kids to suffer so don't beat yourself up.

Ultimate Force had a very different initial meaning for me in view of the posts above

I've just emailed my tutor my weekend's work. I'm at over 12k words by generous counting and the limit is 11k so I need to reduce significantly. Not sure how.

Will look forward to hearing what more he wants done with it.

Going to make tea for bed and perhaps change. OH online with friends until 11pm so I have a little quiet time.
