Bunny, my DS1 is 6 and we have a very similar problem, with soiling during the day. He denies it but hides his dirty underwear for me to find in strange places. I get so exasperated at times and I really lose my patience, blow my stack. Being a mom is hard at times, and I sort of lack patience in most aspects of my life, but losing it with the kids does bring out the guilts big time. At the end of the day we love them and would do anything for them but at times it is really hard work.

Keep your chin up and keep going.

Bunny, can you give your DD a special 'bin' for her underware, sorta tell her what it is for, and that once she's got it, nothing will be said about it as long as she doesn't hide her underware?

I think it is a tension headache as I have very tight shoulder muscles and neck muscles and I think they might be causing the problem - however, according to my dad, I musn't tell the doctors about them, they have got to find out what is wrong with me themselves :rotfl:

Have you tried Indian Head massage tenmah? It's very good for tension headache and sorts out the relevant muscles associated with the neck and head. One might not be enough though. If you lived near me I would offer you a session to see whether it helped.
