You're not a crap Mum Kas...a crap Mum would not care whether her DD had a problem or not!
You're an understandably concerned and worried Mum.....as most of us here would be.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -

2. No never. house rule, if I want to do that sort of thing I have to move out!
So it's her house, and she makes the rules, but you're the one who has the "responsibility" of keeping it in full running order, and of keeping her finances in full running order, and propping them up in order that foreign holidays can be arranged? Have I got that right?Buffythedebtslayer wrote: »3. Yep I do compromise. She doesn't really. well. I guess she does over stuff like dinner
Is this the she doesn't cook you dinner every night thing?Buffythedebtslayer wrote: »and the fact my stuff gets left everywhere when I am marking. but the pay off for me is cheaper living?

Thanks Suze, I hate feeling like I am letting my children down. I have a lack of patienceEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

Bunny, a lack of patience now and then isn't a crime. it doesn't make you a bad mother, it makes you human, and your kids need to know you are human and that moms make mistakes....Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!DFW Long Hauler Supporter No 1500

I know exactly what you mean - and I'm sure many mums on here would understand - I often feek like I have no patience for mine. My DD2 had a problem for years with wetting - never at night - only in the day - which made it unlikely to be a physical problem - we went through all sorts of investigations then all sorts of positive reinforcement stuff - sometimes I was patient and sometimes I just couldn't help loosing it with her cos it just seemed so bizzare (she would rather sit in wet smelly clothes than be embarraseed having to change at school) - she suddenly stopped doing it! no idea why! I carried so much guilt as the most likely cause was emotional - which I blamed my self for ( i left her dad and work full time etc etc)
Not got any real advice - just trying to reassure you that you are not alone (with the problem or your feelings!)0 -

I think I will have to go to the Doctor's tomorrow as I still have a banging headache and it has been going on for over a week now.
Also I got told off by my Dad (I am 49 and I still got told off!) who has gone from thinking it is carbon monoxide poisoning to a brain tumour
He is 89 and does tend to worry somewhat!
I think it is a tension headache as I have very tight shoulder muscles and neck muscles and I think they might be causing the problem - however, according to my dad, I musn't tell the doctors about them, they have got to find out what is wrong with me themselves :rotfl:OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j
