It's a step change that works nice and fast on an old Pentium III Coppermine box with Linux Debian sid/squeeze and LXDE with Google Chrome beta over BT Total Broadband ADSL at 6.12 Mb/s.
Very impressive!0 -

The only thing I've noticed since switching is that the 'view thanks' is not there anymore. It seems you can only view posts now.
Will it remain that way or is it just something the team forgot to include during the redesign?
Thank you!
hi MD, hope you're having a great b/d :A
i can still view 'thanks' in the posts on the new way..

Oooo.....liking it very much so far! Feels clean and more spacious for some reason . . . . like the Flyladys have been let loose on it0

Me again! I know why it's doing it now, I have it set to "larger 150%" on my display settings, i've changed it to the default and it's fine.
I can't leave it like this though as it's too small so i'll have to use IE8 for MSE now, hate IE!! Think happy & you'll be happy
I :heart2: my doggies

I suppose it's too much to ask if we can take this opportunity to get rid of Thanks ?!
hi John Gray, we need to use the 'thanks' button on the comps board
to help us keep track of which comps we enter & to show appreciation for the poster who takes the time to find the comp, answers the questions/
provides the link for us to enter etc, some of them spend a lot of time working out the puzzles/finding the comp etc so the 'thanks' button is essential, especially as some comps disqualify you if you reenter them,
it's a way of keeping track for us ..please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
I really like it - doesn't appear to be headache inducing either
It's much 'cleaner' looking, IYKWIM? Well done :j0 -
