6 months half price ntl tv package - existing customers only!

I've been calling NTL every 6 months for about 18 months now. Each time, I threaten to leave, and they see what discounts are avilable. I'm on the base pack TV and Phone, which I now get a £4 discount p/m for life. As for the BB, I'm on the £24.99 4Mb pack, which I get a 50% discount for. Last time I rang was 1 week ago, and was told this could only be applied for 3 months this time, as their offers have changed, but to ring again in 3 months to get it re-applied.

Full package is normally £45.49, I'm paying £31.00 p/m. Not as cheap as freeview, but for what I'm getting, it's not bad.

does anyone have the number that takes you straight through to cancellations? There was a number a while ago that you got more joy from, does anyone still have it?

I'm on the 4meg BB, phone & talk 24 for £17.99 (have to call back every 3 months).

I rang up retentions for the family pack who told me to speak to sales. Sales gave me the family pack for £8.50 as a permanent ongoing deal. Bloke on the phone said this was an offer based on already having the other services.

so overall I'm paying £26.49 for family pack, 4 meg BB, phone & talk 24.
