    They are going to neg you whatever you do.

    I need a playhouse and I know they go for quite good money at this time of year. Shame they couldn't have returned it in its original condition.

    I have a Little Tykes playhouse which has only ever been inside which I was thinking of selling on Ebay, but this has put me off.Might take it to the Boot sale now instead -less money but less aggro as well.

    I would not want to refund in the circumstances, hope you get it sorted.

    have agreed to refund £7 now which is about what I would have lost in ebay fees if ebay had made me take the playhouse back, am sure will get a neg but will reply to it when it happens, live and learn I suppose
    thanks for all your advice guys (even the ones who suggested I lied- just couldnt do it Im afraid)
