  • I'm not doing too bad.........not fantastic though. By now I had visions of making enough to pay off my whole credit card balance, still the £20 I have made so far will go towards it. I currently have another 28 things listed to run out on different days this week but will be adding some more on in the next day or so.

    Fingers crossed.

Glad to see everyone else is doing well also... keep it up :rotfl: :rotfl:

It's not Colin Farrell I mind it Miami Vice :D I hated the series let alone wanting to go waste money on seeing it at the Cinema :) At best I'll borrow it of a friend when it comes out on DVD lol

I was unsure about using the cheap listings yesterday as eBay can be flooded. I listed 3 items, I have £5.39 of bids on them already.

I recently came across a comic in Oxfam for £1.99, bought it, checked ebay completed sales, and one went for £22, another for £35, then i emailed a comic dealer and he says they go for between £50-£100! I emailed him pics and am waiting for an offer from him. I also sourced some similar ones off ebay, and can probably make £££ off them too, esp as i bought 3 for 50p!

Will let you know what happens. Also, with paypal, i think there are no w/drawal fees for amounts over £50, so let it mount up before you grab your cash...

  • Hi everyone!
Just come across this thread and thought I'd join in.So far we have made £15.90 on E-bay but DD accidentially listed 1 item twice!! and it has sold twice!!!Sods law!!! So now have to pay back buyer can you do this thru paypal?
  • Hi there, yes you do it through paypal. Go into the actual page of the payment from the person and scroll to the bottom - you will see a button to click on to refund payment. Go through that and on the next page it will ask you how much you want your gross refund to be. All you have to do then is comfirm it. Have you already contacted the person and explained the situation? Beware there is a possibility for some neg feedback out of it but as it has been a genuine error I hope they understand. Good luck
