Mambury - curious, I thought PM was short for your website, so had a nosey thinking you had it up and running, and I put in the wrong address. You are aware that the .com domain is selling the same thing as you?? or is it you as well? well done on the sales btw!

Hhh - not bad sales this week.... I am very happy with my PM sales at the moment, they are picking up nicely.... a certain item I can get for 35p and have sold 10 at £3.99 each!! So needless to say I have ordered more... another 130 to be exact! Now if I could sell all of those.....

Hey all - DS is doing ok, though he was sick again earlierI rang earlier about the results, but they weren't in. The dr rang the lab, and was tld this afternoon, but they will only call me if they need to call us back in, otherwise I can phone in tomorrow morning and they can tell me the results then.
Heard today another little bot in our village went to a&e on Sunday night with suspected meningitis too, but he was told it was a virus and sent home....so something is going around.Life is a work in progress0 -
Hi all,
what a great ebay weekend for you HHH. well done.
Well I have my new sky+ HD box, it's brand new latest amstrad 2010 model 3DTV ready. The installer was a bit shocked that I refused to have it taken from it's box mind and he tried to force the install but I stood my gound and said I'd paid for it, it was my box and if I wanted it installed I would do it myself (it's only switching a cable from one to the other then getting sky to pair the card)
He had to phone his boss to make sure it was ok and his boss was like, I don't give a !!!!!!, so he let me take it. It's now on eBay for £130 BIN as others exactly the same are selling for £160. OH is gutted as she wants to keep it but I'm refusing to deal with sky anymore and will phone up to cancel my account once it's sold. oh and one of the watchers on my bike has asked to come and view it before deciding to bid. They only have a feedback of 3 so I'm a bit dubious. I've said no but if there is anything specific he wants to see I will take a photo for him. I just don't like the idea of them knowing where the bike is before buying it as they are not an established ebay account. Also, there is nothing I can't photograph that they would need to see unless they thought they could ask for a try, which I'd hate to offend them by saying something they would not appreciate.

mambury whatever your selling at at those margins is superb. depending on the item in question they will probably make you a lot of money as well. my OH amy has a great eyes for bargains in charity shops and recently been making a killing as our local one is doing fill a carrier bag of clothing for £1 so have been buying up 5 or so bags each time (go in around twice a week to check for new stock) and it has been flying out for us. averaging £1.99 an item on there and fitting in 10 items in a bag giving us a very healthy profit.:j:jDribbling my way to financial success:j:j

I know there is someone on the .com.... I don't think there is much business going on. I have been watching! The site is carp, no ebay shop anymore..... Their domain is up for renewal next month, if they don't renew.... then its MINE!!sealed pot challange #572!Garden fund - £0!!:D£0/£10k0 -
cagenuk - i understand where your coming from and think your right in saying about it being photographed of what they want to see. I can also see their side (its hard to get someone on ebay to trust you as a new buyer). I think you should stick to your guns as a while back (around 2 or so years ago) a friend was selling an imac and after someone seeing it his house was broken into. Im not making accussations here but he always thought it was the buyer off ebay as he was a new ebay member (only 3 days before and 1 feedback for a 99p item)
I mean for me i dont mind people coming to view but always be vigilant. I give my ebayers benifit of doubt as everyone has to start somewhere on ebay. My neighbour is having issues on bidding on a new car because she is a new member (shes 60 and only 2 months ago got a computer after showing her the world of ebay):j:jDribbling my way to financial success:j:j
