Was talking to my 17 yr old nephew the dog walker yesterday and he said he fancied keeping hens at the bottom of the garden. I was saying I'd like hens or ducks or maybe a pig - jokingly. he turned round to DS and said would you like a pet pig and DS said oooooh yeeeessssss so enthusiastically and then started making slurping noises and said yum yum in my tum tum. bacon my favourite. we were all open mouthed and laughing. don't think DH has much hope of him being vegetarian. although when he eats meat he always says he doesn't want to waste it cos an animal has died for him to have it.

DD has just had her supper. she chose cereal and milk all in a cup with a spoon to eat it - and milk in a bowl with a straw to drink it. she had the lot with a big smile on her face.“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
