evening folks, just catching upsince i've been MIA all weekend -
well the hillwalk - am in agony today got lost twice and took 6 hours to do what should have taken 3hrs, when we started off it waas raining by the time we finished red raw with sunburn - forgot to take the suncream - dont know what is the sorest muscles or the sunburn! strange though looking back it waas a laugh didnt think it when trailing through a forest - could see where i wanted to be but there was a dirty great big river inbetween! spent hour and a half wandering about then discovered if we'd taken a left instead of a right it was only 200yards (doh!) god know what we are going to be like on the "real" thing! Was joking that should do a blog "we're on our way from happiness to misery today!"

2cats/Paula - lost my mum to motor neurone too and dont think people realise the pain the whole family goes through and the lack of funding and support until you have had to deal with it, dont know how much i'll raise, am going to organise bagpacking and a coffee morning,
2cats - must be something in the air my DD has spent all day yesterday cleaning - even under her bed!!!!!!
M&P - will p.m. you my address - thanks again let me know how much postage is and your email and i'll do a payment by paypal.

    Em- BOAT??????

NLID - so glad you got payments sorted and WEYHEY for selling the car - hope that gives you a wee bit breathing space now.

Evenstar - all i can say is "!!!!!" hope her knicker elastic goes as she's walking down the high street

Hope everybody else has enjoyed the good weather, brings such a lift, catchup later!

Hi skint, not bad thanks, have scared myself, now trying to decide what next. Cant talk about it in here tho.........*looks for toots and glares*

Had a good night last night tho. my friend the bat expert came by with his little sonar thingy. It was the coolest thing to not only see the bats but actually hear the bats and him tell me the names of the different species just by the sound of the sonar or should say pattern of the sonar, then actually heard a social call from one of them. I was like a kid in a candy shop.

Jo, that reminds me, he is emailing some info and links so will pass on to you when I get it!

    Hope everyone is well x
