Mambury, how old is DD? You could always do what I do when I'm at the end of my tether and take out your frustration by shouting 'AAAARGHHH!!!' and 'shaking' them (in a completely fun and non-aggressive way-more like tickling) - it makes me feel better and DD1 thinks it's hilarious, it also diverts from the original annoying question. Or you could explain everything in a really calm and reasonable way. After a while she'll give up asking because the response is so boring lol! Thanks for the link, have signed up :)
Meant to say, M&P, you must have been so so frustrated with her! Stuff is just stuff, fair enough, but sometimes stuff is really special! xx
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

MM it might still be worth doing or talking to someone as you might still be able to claim. there must be others in same situation.

maybe ask on ebay forums. if not valid then ask for the extra money you paid for insurance back as they should have told you you would need it.

Well done on the website Babymoo, it's great to do something that you thought you couldn't.

I've had a quiet couple of days after my colonoscopy (results in a couple of weeks). Good news is that I have an editing project, so I will be busy for a couple of weeks. Nice for moneymaking!

Mabel, I'd be complaining to RM about them employing dishonest staff - a Wii doesn't just go missing, someone must have stolen it or left it on the doorstep.

mabel, I got stung like that. I didn't have original receipts either, but still lobbed off the claim form and they said that since I had no proof all they would give me was the cost of the postage. I wasn't down as much as you, maybe £12 or so, but it does make a mockery of the whole proof of postage/insurance thing when it does you no good at all.

    mabel,

hiya to all by the way. i know that feeling your feeling now. royal mail i recogn delibrately employ the most dishonest staff i have ever met. just after sending you the details mabel (sent you a pm with it all on) someone has sent me a message via ebay saying that they havent received their item (ps2 with 12 games) i also paid for the extra compensation and i am going to have the same issue as you mabel.

hope all is well and good im back from my holiday and turning 26 i feel old now lol
