Hey Em.... well done on the walk!
Any news from Saucy?? I am worried...
Jo - Whats happened to Joprah? You feeling okay?
Mabel - new t'internet okay now?
NLID - bum kicking here we come!!!
Off to hoover, do tea, get kids in bed, then I'll be back....
OH isn't home tonight so some work might get done! LOL!sealed pot challange #572!Garden fund - £0!!:D£0/£10k0 -
Sorry Mambury, I didn't mean to worry you. Eventually the woman got concerned and said she would send her next available doctor to me. OH had gone out so I had to crawl downstairs (I wouldn't advise that, I nearly fell alot) and let him in. He was nice enough...made me lie down just inside the door and felt my stomach. He agrees my stomach and kidneys are swollen, but I'm over my X-ray limit and there is no ultrasounds available at the moment, they are all under maintainence.
He said to keep up the morphine, but then when he felt it a bit more he rang someone else, and they had a conversation, and he gave me two injections in each side of my tummy. I'm not entirely sure what they were...anyway, then he went, and I stayed lying on the floor til OH got home, and he helped me upstairs. And now I'm here...uncomfortable, but not in pain.
Feels like I have to fight for everything at the moment, and I don't think I could do it without you guys. I love you all....big cuddles(gently, though, lol)

As long as the pain has subsided....
Find out what injections he gave you.
I would still go to the hospital and demand an ultrasound. I cannot believe that all of them are under maintenance.... Surely they would have an emergency back up in case of all of them failing....
Jo would probably be better to answer that one.
Glad you are feeling better Saucy. I would call in your private medical insurance now. You have paid for it, you are moving to spain so it doesn't matter if the premium goes up. You need to keep fighting I;m afraid, thats life unless you have squillions in the bank!

I just had some lovely voicemails and texts from my parents.
I need to stop caring.
Mambury, are you okay? Me and Em are worried...although if your kids are anything like me, there won't be enough room for us to come and find you, lol! I'm not messy...I just hate throwing things away!Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -
Em, well done on your moonwalk,
NLID - have you found any motivation yet? if so send some North cos i got none!
Saucy - hope the pain has lessened - as said use that private insurance you have, your not getting anywhere calling out NHS24 and seeing different doctors, at least you would see the same consultant and you would be getting continuity in your care.
Mambury HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOO! are you there or under a pile of washing and toys/

NLID - Good Luck with the CCCS - keep trying to get hold of them as I have found them very helpful. Try different times of the day, I always found first thing up until 11 very busy.
Hope your son gets better soon too x8 years of being on a DMP finished 3/3/140
