Decided I'm going to try and quit smoking again tomorrow. Have been feeling for days that I want to try and quit again. I get to the stage sometimes when it just feels pointless and this is one of those days.
Don't know how well I am going to do, Its always so hard trying to quit at uni, almost everyone in my house smokes. I have said that I wanted to quit before me and the boy get a place. Because with the tiny amount of money I don't want to put any strain by having to buy cigarettes.
And If i manage a month, I'm going to sell the pouches I have in my room. I've got 5 50g pounches of golden virginia, thats foreign so I got it cheap. Shouldn't be too hard selling it to skint students!£11,000 in 2011 = £71.740 -
geenpixie get rid of it asap and go to student health/nurse or local chemist and get nrt on prescription only does 70% you need to do other 30% if you make it as easy for yourself as poss then you are more likely to suceed put the money in jar from tobacco and everytime you feel the need go look at it and smile.watch the weight gain though 10lbs is average so when the dreaded craving comes do somthing active till it passesSo finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0

Morning all,
Elly - got plenty of sleep I feel really energetic this morning, tidied the bedroom sorted the laundry and about to sort some brekkie. I feel so well rested, not tired in the slightest.
Green pixie - well done on stopping the smoking, I have been trying to give up on and off for the last year. My energy levels over the last few days of cold turkey have been excellent. I am felt constantly drained and tired all the time, and I know a lot of has to do with puffing away.
