Hi again

I just wanted to come on and let you know how I got on with the o2 guru. I sat with him for an hour and he couldnt figure it out either. Anyway all was not lost he said that we could still bypass the connection manager and he set up a manual connection and all I have to do is double click on that and hey presto it works

I am so relieved I have it fixed now and my aunt took it home today. She was very excited at the kids getting a new laptop as they have never had a computer before.

Thanks again for all your help, and especially seen as how you were the only one that ever responded to my query.

Shoot , I was no help at all but I have loads of Aunties (ma was one of 15 and Pa was one of 8) so thanks for the update and I really am happy you have sorted it for them and also if others have similar problems the answer it there and they can ignore the useless help I tried Nice to see the reply and solution :beer:
